Monitoring CPU Load Factor
On Windows Server 2008 or later, a memory leak may occur when you acquire the CPU load
factor due to problems with the Microsoft OS. If you do not monitor the CPU load factor, remove
the module to monitor the CPU load factor by following the procedure below.
From Control Panel, click [Administrative Tools] - [Service].
1.
Right-click [ESMCommonSerivce] and click [Stop].
2.
Change the file name "%SystemRoot%\system32\cpuperf.esr" as follows.
3.
"cpuperf.esr" → "cpuperf.bak"
* For x64 Edition, change the following file name.
"%SystemDrive%\Windows\SysWOW64\cpuperf.esr"
Right-click [ESMCommonSerivce] and click [Start].

Memory leak occurs intermittently irregularly on Windows Vista RTM, Windows Vista
SP1, or Windows Server 2008

Execute the above hotfix or the Service Pack 2.

As for this phenomenon, [About Alert Manager] occurs in the case of 4.10 or later.
The confirmation procedure of [About Alert Manager] is as follows.
Go to [Start]-[Control Panel] and select [NEC ESMPRO Agent].

Click [NEC ESMPRO Agent]-[Report Setting...]. Displays Alert Manager.
2.
Click the "Help" - "About Alert Manager" menu on Alert Manager.

Confirm version of "Alert Manager". Example) Alert Manager Ver. 4.10
