Enable/disable the Scrambler function by
Scrambler pressing the PF [Scrambler On/Off] key.
On/Off You cannot configure this function when the
optional Scrambler board is not installed.
Disable/enable the Squelch function by
Squelch On/Off
pressing the PF [Squelch On/Off] key.
Squelch The squelch function is disabled while
Momentary pressing the PF [Squelch Momentary] key.
Enable/disable the control from an external
Take Over
device by pressing the PF [Take Over On/
On/Off *1
Off] key.
Test Tone Enable/disable the Test Tone function by
On/Off pressing the PF [Test Tone On/Off] key.
TOT Disable/ Enable/disable the Time-out Timer by
Enable pressing the PF [TOT Disable/Enable] key.
TX Disable/ Restrict/permit all transmissions by pressing
Enable the PF [TX Disable/Enable] key.
Note:
# The level detection for the auxiliary input port is performed even
if the PF key is pressed during the detection when the auxiliary
input port is active. In this case, the Key Input Error Tone sounds
and the function assigned to the PF key does not operate.

Input Ports.)
# When the control from the external device is enabled by
pressing the PF [Take Over On/Off] key, you cannot control the
external Monitor, the external PTT, the auxiliary input port, and
the auxiliary I/O (In) port. However, you can control the Auxiliary
Out port and the Auxiliary I/O (Out) port. (*1)
