Program *31 Overview

Stations can be divided into as many as 16 pickup groups (see the legend above the record
sheet). Station users can pick up calls (internal or line) that are ringing any station within their
group by dialling a single access code (or with a &DOO 3LFNXS button assigned with Code
480 in Program
selected access codes.
Stations can belong to more than one group.
also picks up ringing transfer and hold recall calls, but does not pick up held calls or
selectively by directory number.
To pickup held or ringing [PDN] calls selectively, use the &8 + XXX pickup access code
(where XXX is the [PDN]).
