10.5.5.2 Removing the Collecting Toner Drive Assembly

1) Disconnect all of the connectors on the DC controller PCB.
2) Pull out the DC controller mounting base [2], and turn it over.
- 14 wire saddles (Free the harness)
- 1 edge saddle (Free the harness)
- 1 reuse band
- 8 screws [1] (Free the grounding wire)

3) Remove the DC controller mounting base [6].
- 3 connectors [1]
- 2 wire saddles [2] (Free the harness [3])
- 1 edge saddle [4] (Free the harness [5])
4) Remove the flywheel [2].
- 2 screws [1]

5) Loosen the belt tensioner [1] to detach the main motor belt [2].
