Installation of this unit

Attach the top panel to the topmost module.
≥ Lightly tighten the four thumbscrews to determine the
position and then tighten them firmly. Tighten the M3
screw.
≥ Rotate the thumbscrew while pushing it.
≥ This work is not required when the top panel is already
attached to the topmost module.

Installing additional modules.
≥ Install this unit by following steps 5 to 6 in "Preparation of
rack" (
14), steps 2 to 5 in "Preparation of the Base and
Extension Modules" (

Attach the module holder bracket.
≥ Attach the module holder brackets to the locations of
the M5 cage nuts using the M5 screws. Attach the
brackets so that they are in contact with the top of the
module.

Connect all the module gear racks.
≥ For more information on how to connect a gear rack,
refer to the step 3 to 11 of "Connecting the gear rack"
