Change RBCU
Disconnect incoming
power from unit
Check if contactor
armature moves freely.
If armature moves
freely, then change the
RBCU. If armature
does not move freely,
then change individual
contactor (M2) or the
complete assembly
(RCSA-0x)
Disconnect incoming
power from unit
Check if contactor
armature moves freely.
If armature moves
freely, then change the
RBCU. If armature
does not move freely,
then change individual
contactor (M1) or the
complete assembly
(RCSA-0x)
Verify that J8
connector is firmly
seated. (refer to
page
91
for the J7
connector location)
With incoming power
disconnected, check
for tightness of A1 and
A2 terminals
Swap RBCU
Change Contactor/
Assembly
Verify that J8
connector is firmly
seated. (refer to
page

for the J7
connector location)
With incoming power
disconnected, check
for tightness of A1 and
A2 terminals
Swap RBCU
