10 Test run

10.1 Before test run

Only perform test run after you have completed the follow ng steps:
Electr cal Safety Checks – Conf rm that the un t's electr cal system s safe and operat ng properly
Gas Leak Checks – Check all flare nut connect ons and conf rm that the system s not leak ng
Conf rm that gas and l qu d (h gh and low pressure) valves are fully open

10.2 Test run nstruct ons

You should perform the Test Run for at least 30 m nutes.
1. Connect power to the un t.
2. Press the ON/OFF button on the remote controller to turn t on.
3. Press the MODE button to scroll through the follow ng funct ons, one at a t me:
COOL – Select lowest poss ble temperature
HEAT – Select h ghest poss ble temperature
4. Let each funct on run for 5 m nutes, and perform the follow ng checks:

Indoor and outdoor un ts are sol dly nstalled
All p pe connect on po nts do not leak
Water dra ns properly from dra n hose
All p p ng s properly nsulated
Un t performs COOL funct on properly
Un t performs HEAT funct on properly
Indoor un t louvers rotate properly
Indoor un t responds to remote controller
