Position the cursor next to the installed version to linkload press:
The Erase Flash by Version screen appears (see Figure 6-8).

Position the cursor to select Yes or No and press:
Note:
The system erases the off-line flash bank in the NIU or the SCM if neither flash bank contains
the indicated version. If the given version matches the version in either flash bank, this
command is ignored. A forced version erase is performed on the off-line flash when No is
selected.
The NIU/SCM Software Linkload screen appears with a message
