value
1 – Slip frequency is too small
2 – Synchronous and nominal speeds
differ too much
3 – Nominal speed is higher than syn-
chronous speed with 1 pole pair
4 – Nominal current is outside limits
A6A5
No motor data
Cause
State feedback from out-
put phases not matching
with control signals.
Charging feedback signal
missing.
Duplicated measurements
are beyond limits.
Excessive hardware tem-
perature.
Flash erase speed ex-
ceeded.
Power fail saving warning.
The motor parameters are
set incorrectly. The drive
is not dimensioned cor-
rectly.
Parameters in group 99
are not set.
What to do
Contact your local ABB representat-
ive.
Check the feedback signal coming
from the charging system.

Avoid forcing unnecessary paramet-
er saves by parameter 96.07 Para-
meter save manually or cyclic para-
meter writes (such as user logger
triggering through paramet-
ers).Check the auxiliary code
(format XYYY YZZZ). "X" specifies
the source of warning (1: generic
flash erase supervision). "ZZZ"
specifies the flash subsector num-
ber that generated the warning.
Contact your local ABB representat-
ive.
Check the settings of motor config-
uration in parameter groups 98 and
99 and check if drive is sized cor-
rectly for the motor.
5 – Nominal voltage is outside limits
6 – Nominal power is higher than appar-
ent power.
7 – Nominal power not consistent with
nominal speed and torque
Set the required parameters in
group 99.
