4.1.6. TIMER PROGRAMMING

Initial switch-on
When first switched on, the camshaft must turn to the starting position (in
service).
It may take 1-2 minutes for the camshaft to position itself in the starting
position.
Err 3 will be displayed until the camshaft is in the starting position.
If more than 2 minutes pass, check that the motor is turning the camshaft. If
it is not turning, refer to the relevant troubleshooting section.
Phase 0: Program the valve model (only after a total reset)
Once the camshafts are in position, the timer requests you to enter the
system valve model.
Enter valve 255A for Ecotwin softeners of the 255/764 series.
Press SET to confirm the selected program.
Phase 1: Program the system size
Enter cylinder diameter 10.
Press SET to confirm the selected program.
Phase 2: Program the time
Set the current time while "12:00" is flashing.
Use the UP and DOWN keys to scroll to the correct time.
"PM" is indicated, but "AM" Is not.
Press SET to confirm the correct time and move to the next parameter.
Phase 3: Set the day of the week
Press SET to make the arrow under SU (Sunday) flash.
Use the UP and DOWN keys to move the arrow under the correct day of the
week.
Press SET to confirm and move to the next parameter.
Phase 4: Set the regeneration time
2:00 is the default regeneration time. If this is the time you want to set, press
the DOWN key to move on to phase 5.
To change the regeneration time, press SET - the time 2:00 will start flashing.
Use the UP and DOWN keys to scroll to the required regeneration time.
Press SET to confirm the time and move to the next parameter.
