If the fixed values of "1.01-1.02-1.03" are displayed, blow into the turbine for a few
seconds to unblock the programmer.
Periodically check the hardness of the incoming water and keep in mind that 10°f = 100 ppm on the
display.
Phase 5: Set safety regeneration frequency
Set the number of days for the safety regeneration frequency even when the
cycle has not finished.
"0" days is the default value.
The days can be adjusted from 1/2 day (0.5) to 99 days.
To modify, press SET to make the "0" value flash.
Use the UP and DOWN keys to modify the number of days you want to set.
Press SET to confirm the regeneration frequency and move to the next cycle.
Phase 6: Setting the quantity of salt
Set the quantity of salt to use for every litre of resin.
Phase 7: Estimated capacity
The system exchange capacity is displayed in kilos of CaCO3 removed
before regeneration is required.
The value is automatically calculated based on the volume of resin and
regenerative level.
Phase 8: Enter the hardness
Enter the hardness of the incoming untreated water.
The default hardness setting is 250 ppm (25°F)
To change the hardness, press SET to make the setting flash.
Use the UP and DOWN keys to increase/decrease the value
of the hardness required.
Press SET to confirm.
The programmer will return to normal operating mode.
