9.5 Configuration information
Upload as a new station (as of TIA Portal V19)
Requirement: SIMATIC Drive Controller with loaded TIA Portal V19 project
If you upload the SIMATIC Drive Controller as a new station, the CPU is loaded. If a SINAMICS
Integrated is configured, it is created as a proxy in the project. The proxy is represented as a
"read only" object. It is not possible to upload SINAMICS Integrated to the proxy.

You may only use the upload for the following purposes:
• for diagnostics purposes.
• As a starting point for configuring trace data and then loading it into the CPU (e.g. for
cross-project trace)
• To view the CPU configuration including the configured telegrams
Upload as new station (up to TIA Portal V18)
Requirement: You have only configured the CPU and not the SINAMICS Integrated.
The SIMATIC Drive Controller can be uploaded as a new station. Only the CPU is loaded.
Upload of the SINAMICS Integrated is not supported.
