Fibrillatory wave for 4 consecutive seconds
Consecutive PVCs >/= V-Tach Run limit and
HR > V-Tach HR limit
Heart Rate (yyy) greater than the Extreme
Tachy limit (xxx)
Heart Rate (yyy) less than the Extreme
Brady limit (xxx)
A run of Vs having a ventricular HR>V-Tach
HR limit, but lasting for less than the V-Tach
Run limit
A dominant rhythm of adjacent Vs > vent
rhythm limit and ventricular HR<V-Tach HR
limit
Run of PVCs greater than 2
Two consecutive PVCs between non-PVCs
No QRS for 1.75 x the average R-R interval
with Pace Pulse (paced patient only)
No QRS and Pace Pulse for 1.75 x the
average R-R interval (paced patient only)
No beat detected for 1.75 x average R-R
interval for HR <120, or no beat for 1 second
with HR >120
Run of SVPBs >/= SVT Run limit and with
SVT Heart Rate greater than the SVT HR
limit
