20.1.83 Unified Messaging—System Reports
Description
There are several System Reports available to the System Administrator to monitor operating status. The
System Administrator can print or export the System Reports. Certain reports can be printed in tabular form
or graph form.
The following reports can be generated:
Mailbox Information Report
Call Account Report (Group calls by UM Extn)
Call Account Report (Group calls by Mailbox)
UM Extn Usage Report
Memory Usage Report
Mailbox Usage Report
Fax Transfer Report
Call Handling Statistics Report
Custom Service Report
Message Status Report
Subscriber Setup Report
Security Information Report
Hourly Statistics Report
Fax Server Report

This report can be printed in tabular form or graph form.

This report can be set to be deleted automatically.
Conditions
One-look Networking (® 14.1.4 One-look Network)
Reports cannot be viewed or printed for Slave units if you are logged in to the Master unit. To view or print
reports for a Slave unit, log in to the Slave unit.

20.1.84 Unified Messaging—System Security
Description
Protects the Unified Messaging system from unauthorized programming and/or use. By default, the System
Manager and Message Manager cannot access the system from their telephones until the System
Administrator enables the relevant settings and sets a password. The System Administrator can also choose
to set a default password for subscribers' mailboxes. If this setting is enabled, a default password is
automatically assigned when mailboxes are created.
