Step 1 Open the rear door of the cabinet and twist the cards at the left and right sides of the air filter

Possible Cause
1. There is no front
water supply or the
water supply is not
sufficient.
2. The water intake
solenoid valve of the
humidifier cylinder is
faulty.
3. The humidifier
controller is faulty.
