3.7 Installing an Outdoor Unit

3.8 Exhausting Nitrogen

Context
Before welding refrigerant pipes, fully exhaust nitrogen from the refrigerant pipes to avoid
explosion and injuries.
Procedure
Step 1 Remove the valve bonnet of discharge pipe needle valve, as shown in
the needle valves using rubber tubes with pressure gauge.

Use a measuring tape or right angle to check that the heights measured from the front,
rear, right, and left of the cabinet are the same.
