Verify that the antenna is properly installed:
a.
Properly wired to the radio
b.
Frequency range is correct
c.
Directional antenna is pointed toward the base radio (±6°)
d.
Mounted vertically and the vanes are perpendicular to the
ground
4.
Verify that the base radio (host device, typically running WinCCU) is
working at other locations, using the same frequencies as the remote
radio.
5.
Verify the configuration of the host communication application
(typically WinCCU):
a.
The Station ID and the Device ID match the host settings.
b.
No other device is using the same Station ID or Device ID.
c.
The baud rate, stop bits, security code, and listen cycle time
agree between the host (WinCCU) device and flow computer.
d.
The host (WinCCU) is using packet protocol.
