Piston pump may have malfunction or internal defect. Check it by
following method.

Pump shaft may not revolve because of defect in damper. Check
damper directly.

Hydraulic oil level may be low. Check it directly.
Air may be in hydraulic oil. Check oil directly.
Negative pressure may be generated in hydraulic tank because of
clogged hydraulic tank cap. Check cap directly.
Negative pressure may be generated in suction circuit because of
clogged hydraulic tank strainer. Check strainer directly.
Piston pump may have internal defect. Check it directly.
Prepare with engine stopped, then run engine at high idle and
carry out troubleshooting.
