Cause
If cause 1 is not detected, engine coolant temperature sensor sys-
tem may be defective. Carry out troubleshooting for failure codes
[CA144] and [CA145].
If cause 1 is not detected, machine monitor may be defective.
(Since trouble is in system, troubleshooting cannot be carried out.)
