• Checking input power terminal screw
Check that it is not loose. Retighten the screw if loose.
• Before checking, make sure that input power has been turned off (the switch on the incom-
ing/distributing unit is in the OFF position.
• If the power module or external power unit has CHARGE LED, make sure the LED is unlit
before removing the module or unit.
• There is the danger of electric shock.
• Measuring input voltage
AC power module PS591
Measure the voltage at the AC input terminal of the AC power module PS591 (TB511),
and check that it is within the following allowable voltage range.
• 100 VAC (85 to 132 V)/240 VAC (187 to 264 V) (when AC is used)
If the voltage is out of the range specified above, check external power line.
24 VDC line connected to CPU module terminal block
Measure the voltage at the DC input terminal, and check that it is within the following
allowable voltage range.
• 20.4 to 26.4 VDC
If the voltage is out of the range specified above, check external power line.
• Battery voltage
When the battery voltage drops below 2.8 V, the system finds it as a battery voltage
drop, and the HARD-LED on L1PU11H/L1PU12H blinks.
• Checking battery module replacement date
Check the replacement date of the lithium battery in the battery module EBAT1, and
replace it periodically (about every 2 years).
• Confirming installation environment
Check that the installation environment is appropriate in terms of temperature,
humidity, vibration and dust.
