2.6 Connecting LD512H to Terminal Block

Follow the procedures below to connect a Loop Display Unit, LD512H, to a terminal
block.
(1) Remove the terminal block cover on the back of the unit, and wire an RS-485 cable.
(2) Connect the 24-V wires to pins 4, 5, and 6 on the terminal block.
Make sure of the polarities and the GND terminal.
(3) Upon completion of wiring, mount the terminal block cover on the terminal block.
• Confirm that the power terminal block or RS-485 terminal block has been correctly wired.
• Turning on the power with incorrect wiring may result in burning or electric shock.
