a: The neutral wire is not required when the NetCol500-A0265S11E0 works with the
indoor unit NetCol5000-A021H (208 V).
b: Recommended to add the voltage regulator in the front end if the power exceeds this
range. Otherwise, air conditioner will generate alarms frequently and cannot run.
c: CE certification is satisfied when NetCol500-A026SC11E0 works with the indoor unit
NetCol5000-A025 (300 mm width). CB certification is satisfied when
NetCol500-A026SC11E0 works with the indoor unit NetCol5000-A021H (208 V). Other
outdoor units have acquired the CE certification.

3.3.7 (Optional) Dehumidifier

If air cooled in-row air conditioners are used in a smart module whose actual load ratio is less
than 30% of the designed load capacity, it is recommended that one dehumidifier be installed

Outdoor unit installation environments are classified as follows based on the harshness:
Class A (controlled environment): indoor environments where temperature and humidity are

controlled, including rooms where people live
 Class B (uncontrollable environment): indoor environments where the ambient temperature and
humidity are not controlled or general outdoor environments with simple shielding measures where
the humidity sometimes reaches 100%
 Class C (harsh environment): marine environments within 3.7 km from the coast or outdoor land
environments with simple shielding measures within 1.2 km from a pollution source
 Class D (marine environment): environments within 500 m from the coast
The NetCol500-A0365S11E0 and NetCol500-A0265S11E0 outdoor units must not be installed in class
D environments, and other outdoor units must not be installed in class C or class D environments.
