Possible Cause
● The temperature
sensors or
temperature and
humidity sensors
are located in
inappropriate
positions.
● The thermal load
power is high or
the cooling
capacity is
insufficient.
● The ambient
temperature
exceeds the upper
threshold.
● The high
temperature alarm
threshold is
inappropriate.
● The value detected
by the temperature
sensor or
temperature and
humidity sensor is
different from the
actual value.
● The chilled water
flow is insufficient,
or the supply water
temperature is
high.
● The chilled water
valve is stuck or
faulty.
The fan is faulty.
The fan drive is faulty.
6 Maintenance
Solution
1. Adjust the positions
of the temperature
sensors or
temperature and
humidity sensors.
2. Add air
conditioners or
contact Huawei
technical support
3. Measure the
ambient
temperature. Check
whether other
causes exist if the
alarm persists in a
long time after
startup.
4. Adjust the high
temperature alarm
threshold.
5. Calibrate or replace
the temperature
sensor or
temperature and
humidity sensor.
6. Check the pressure
and temperature of
chilled water.
7. Maintain or replace
the chilled water
valve.
Maintain or replace
the fan.
If the drive is
integrated into the
fan, replace the fan.
If the drive is separate
from the fan, replace
the drive.
