Possible Cause
● Contained aisles
are poorly-sealed.
● The differential
pressure sensor is
faulty.
The air conditioner is
shut down via the LCD
or NetEco.
● Any two units in
the teamwork
group have the
same address.
● The software
versions of the air
conditioners in the
group are
inconsistent.
● The sensor that
corresponds to the
temperature and
humidity control
type for the master
unit is not enabled
on this air
conditioner.
● Teamwork settings
are incorrect for
slave units.
● The number of air
conditioner units is
incorrectly set on
the master unit.
● A slave unit is
offline.
6 Maintenance
Solution
1. Check that the cold
and hot aisles are
well-sealed.
2. Maintain or replace
the differential
pressure sensor.
Restart the air
conditioner via the
LCD or NetEco.
1. Change the
addresses of the
units.
2. Upgrade the air
conditioner
software. For
details, see the
section about the
mapping between
software and
teamwork versions
in the upgrade
guide.
3. Enable the sensor
that corresponds to
the temperature
and humidity
control type for the
master unit on this
air conditioner.
1. Modify teamwork
settings for slave
units to enable
slave units to join
the teamwork
group.
2. Set the number of
units in this group
to the actual
number on the
master unit.
3. Check the
teamwork cable
connection and
running status of
the slave units.
