Possible Cause
● The humidifier
water supply is
insufficient.
● The float does not
float because the
humidifier float is
faulty.
● The cable to the
humidifier float is
not connected
properly.
● The cable to the
humidifier water
inlet solenoid valve
is not connected
properly.
● The humidifier
water inlet solenoid
valve is faulty.
● The cable to the
differential pressure
sensor is loose or
damaged.
● The pressure tube
of the differential
pressure sensor is
reversely
connected.
● The differential
pressure sensor is
faulty.
● The fan blade is
stuck.
● The fan is faulty.
Wizard startup is in
progress.
6 Maintenance
Solution
1. Clear the blockage
from the humidifier
pump inlet.
2. Maintain the
humidifier float.
3. Check the cable
connection to the
humidifier pump.
4. Replace the
humidifier pump.
5. Replace the water
pump.
1. Check the cable
connection to the
differential pressure
sensor.
2. Check the tube
connection to the
differential pressure
sensor.
3. Maintain or replace
the differential
pressure sensor.
1. Clear the blockage.
2. Maintain or replace
the fan.
Wait until wizard
startup is complete or
clear the alarm
manually to exit
wizard startup.
