3.3 Unpacking and Acceptance

Procedure
Step 1 Verify that the cabinet package is intact. If any damage is found, notify the carrier
immediately.
Step 2 Remove the packing materials. Check whether the cabinet exterior is in good
condition and free of collision marks or scratches. If any damage is found, notify
the carrier immediately.
Step 3 Check the type and quantity of fittings against the packing list. If some fittings are
missing or do not comply with the models in the packing list, record the
information and contact the supplier immediately.

3.4 Installing Components

3.4.1 Checking the Nitrogen Pressure

Context
The device has been injected with 0.2–0.6 MPa Nitrogen before delivery. Check the
nitrogen pressure for nitrogen leaks.
Procedure
Step 1 Open the front door.
Step 2 Check whether the bonnet of the drainage valve inside the cabinet is missing.

If it is missing, contact technical support.
NO TICE
– In scenarios of multiple modules, you can perform such operations on any
exhaust valve or drainage valve.
– You can open or close the exhaust valve using a flat-head screwdriver.
If no, rotate the exhaust valve counterclockwise. If gas flows out, the system
is normal. If no gas flows out, contact technical support.
