The S7-1500R/H CPUs as of firmware version V2.9 support
the versions < V5.0 of the instruction "TMAIL_C".
The creation of the data block in the "Only in work memory"
mode is not supported. The other two modes "Only in load
memory" or "Work and load memory" are supported. For
more information, see the STEP 7 online help.
