< Member 01/02 Displays >
Member 01/02 Displays are used when using one-touch
operation by registering the number and name of other
person to whom you often make or forward calls and
send short messages. This display has two panels of
Member 01 and Member 02 and you can register 11
numbers on each panel, in total 22 numbers.
Also, when optional presence server is used, a sign indi-
cates whether the other person is making a call or
absent.
You can inform other person of your status, too.
Meanings of each sign are as follows:
Signs
When the other person is 'present'
When the other person is 'busy'
When the other person is 'away'
When 'the PC is turned off or Softphone is not
started (logged out)'
When putting a cursor on this sign, the reason
why the person is absent is popped up. Rea-
sons of absence can be changed through set-
ting.
Refer to "Selecting Absent Reason".
No Sign
When the reason is 'unknown'
When the other person is using a telephone
other than Softphone or network trouble
occurs, no sign is displayed.
For details, refer to "Confirm the Other Person's Sta-
tus".
