How to Use Voice
Mail
You can record a call or forward the recorded call to
other person by using the optional UMS. Also, you can
use it as an answering machine.
For detailed way to operate it, refer to UMS Help or
your Instruction Manual.
Using Telephone Call
Recording

Speaking with someone.

Click
(Record Button).
Or, click Record Button registered on Function
Key Panel.
Or, right-click Record Button and select [Record]
from the menu.
Call recording is started.
Record Button remains lit while recording.
When the call is ended, click

Changing an Address of
Recorded Call

The present address of the recorded call is dis-
played on the top of LCD.

Member 02 display.

ton of the person you want to send the
recorded call.
The following menu is displayed.

Click [Address Change].
(Call But-
Now, the address is changed.
The latest address of the recorded call is displayed on
the top of LCD.
Using Member 01/02

Recording is being made.
The present address of the recorded call is dis-
played on the top of LCD.
How to Use Voice Mail
(Member 01 Button) or
(Member 02 Button).
In order to change an address in this
method, you need to check 'Voice Mail
Cooperation'. (When it is not checked, the
recorded call is forwarded.) For how to
make a configuration setting, refer to
"Using Voice Mail Sharing Function".
