The call is being held.
If you use USB handset (rec-
ommended):
Lift the handset from the pedestal
now.

Speak with him or her.
When the call is ended, click

This function forwards a call to other person.
There are the following two ways to forward a call:
• When the person is around you:
After giving a message directly to the person orally,
have him or her answer the call.
• When the person is away from you:
After making an extension call to give him or her a
message, have him or her answer the call.
When the Person is Around You
Give him or her an oral message and forward the call.
