When Using Application

Application sharing is unavailable
(1) Did you click [Allow Control] Button at start-
ing?
(2) Didn't you install virus detection software, fire-
wall software and so on?
When you use Softphone and such software
together, a new setting may be required. Contact

same application be installed on each

application is not installed on your PCs.
Operation becomes slow while sharing
an application
(1) Shared operation may become slow or be inter-
rupted due to congested status of the network.
(2) When you see the Internet, or send or receive a
mail during application sharing, the operation
may become slow.
When Using White Board
White board is unavailable
(1) Isn't
clicked? When it is clicked, you cannot
share white board operation with the other per-
son.
(2) Didn't you install virus detection software, fire-
wall software and so on?
When you use Softphone and such software

The operation becomes slow
(1) White board operation may become slow or be
interrupted due to congested status of the net-
work.
(2) When you see the Internet, or send or receive a

When Using File Trans-
fer
You failed to use file transfer
(1) Didn't you install virus detection software, fire-
wall software and so on?
When you use Softphone and such software
together, a new setting may be required.
Contact your system administrator.
Transfer speed becomes slow
(1) The file transfer speed may become extremely
slow or file transfer may be stopped due to con-
gested status of the network.
(2) When you see the Internet, or send or receive a
mail during file transfer, the operation may
become slow.
(3) Forward a high-capacity file may take some
time.
When Using Chat
You failed to use chat
(1) Didn't you install virus detection software, fire-
wall software and so on?
When you use Softphone and such software
together, a new setting may be required.
Contact your system administrator.
It takes longer time to display messages
(1) Time required to display message may be
extremely delayed due to congested status of the
network.
(2) When you see the Internet, or send or receive a
mail during chatting, the operation may become
slow.
