You want to send more than
one file:
Select files of the recorded calls you
want to send while depressing [Ctrl]
key and perform an operation in Step
2.
'Mail Sending' screen is displayed.
• When the selected file is already
deleted, an error occurs.
• You can open only one message
creating screen at a time. If you
have a screen where a message is
being made, close the screen first
and retry the operation.
How to Use Stored Mail
Environment Setting of Stored Mail
When 'MAPI is used for PC voice mail transmission' is
not checked in 'Recording' in the configuration setting,
stored mail is started when clicking [Mail Sending] But-
ton in the recorded information list. The setting to use
stored mail is made here.
Mail Sending Setting
Makes a setting needed for a stored mail to send a
mail. When the stored mail is started for the first
time, the following screen is displayed automati-
cally.

Designation
Mail transmitting ser
Enters a mail server to be used for
mail sending.
Specify the mail server by using
host name or IP address.
Transmitting person
Enters a name used as a displayed
name of the mail sender.
This name is shared with the sender
name of a short message.
Transmitting person
Enters the mail address of the mail
sender.
If a mail fails to be received for some rea-
son, an error mail is returned to the sender
address specified here. Be particularly care-
ful not to enter a wrong sender address.
Signature Setting
Sets a predetermined signature automatically
inserted in the text when clicking [Signature Insert-
ing] Button of the stored mail. When clicking [Sig-
nature Inserting] for the first time, the following
screen is displayed automatically:

Designation
Insert from File (F)
Specifies a file to be read in when a
signature is inserted.
A file is read in every time a signa-
ture is inserted. Files are inserted
into the text until their capacity
reaches 4095 bytes.
Insert from Text (T)
Enters sentences you want to insert
into the text.
You can enter up to 260 bytes
including CR codes.
