Mail sending error has occurred:
When 30 seconds or more passes after
sending a mail due to no response from
mail sending server, an error is displayed.
In this case, check to see if the mail sending
server in the mail sending setting is correct
or not. If an error occurs though the mail
sending server is correct, contact your sys-
tem administrator.

Click
on Recording Informa-
tion List screen.
'DtermSP - Send Mail' screen is displayed.

Enter the mail address of the person
you want to send a mail in 'To' column.
Enter some information into 'CC' or 'BCC' col-
umn as well if necessary.

Enter a title of the mail into 'Title' col-
umn.

Enter text into the text column.

Click
(Mail Sending Button).
You can send a mail by clicking in the order of
'Mail (M)'
'Mail Sending'.
Now, a mail is sent.
You want to refer to 'address',
'CC' or 'BCC' in the address
book:
Refer to "Refer to Address Book".
