using Member 01/02:
In Step 1 or Step 2, click

doesn't answer the call, or his or her line is
busy, you can get the call back to you by

are following four ways to forward a call:
• Call forward-All Calls
• Call forward-Busy
• Call forward-Don't answer
• Call forward-Logout
The numbers you can register as forwarding destina-
tions are as follows:
• Extension number

• Outside-line number
• Voice Mail
How to Use Hold/Forward
Making the Call
Addressed to You For-
warded
Forwards a call addressed to you while you are
absent.
Forwards a call while your line is busy.
If the call has not been answered after a certain period
of time has passed since call sound began to ring, the
call is forwarded.
When your Softphone is not started or your PC is
turned off, a call you is forwarded.
In order to use this function, you need to set
the service function on PBX in advance.
For details, contact your system administra-
tor.
You can register extension numbers of conference
rooms, other departments and so on.
You can register your cell phone number and outside
places you often visit.
If you set the optional voice mail to be your forward-
ing destination, you can use it as an answering
machine. Refer to "Using as Answering Machine".
