Sending a file recorded
by PC by Using Mail
You can send a file recorded by PC as a file attached to
a mail. You can choose to use a mail software you usu-
ally use or to use a stored mail of Softphone.

Check 'MAPI is used for PC voice mail
transmission'.
Check it when you want to use the mail software
you usually use.
When you want to use a stored mail, clear the
check. Hold the check in normal times.
• When you use a mail software you
usually use, the software needs to
be compatible with MAPI.
• According to the PC environment,
you may fail to start an external
mail software successfully. In this
case, clear the check.
• When you use a stored mail, you
need to make a setting on the stored
voice mail.
