Using Function Key Panel

A call addressed to other person is
being received.

Click
(Function Key Button).
Function Key Panel is displayed and the button of
the extension receiving the call blinks in red.
If you use USB handset (rec-
ommended):
Lift the handset from the pedestal
now.

Click the button blinking in red.
The color of the clicked button changes to blue.

Speak with him or her.
When the call is ended, click

son's name on Function Key
Panel:
You can display the name by putting a cur-
sor on the button to tell easily each button
corresponds to whose extension number on
Function Key Panel.

Using Handset

Lift the handset from the pedestal.
Caller Information Panel is popped up and the
section name, name of the person and the caller
phone number obtained through automatic search
from a telephone directory are displayed.
For details, refer to Step 1 of "Receiving a Call
Addressed to You (Prime Line)".

How to Receive a Call
You want to confirm whom
the call is addressed to before
answering the phone:
Click Function Key Button now.
Then, the extension number receiving
the call blinks in red.
• In order to use this function, you need to
make a configuration setting. For details,
refer to "Receiving a Call Addressed to
Other Person Just by Lifting the Handset
from the Pedestal".
• The order of answering calls in the case
of more than one calls received by
another extension depends on the setting
on PBX. For details, contact your system
administrator.
You want to make a call while
another extension is receiving a
call:
Click Call Button, or lift the handset after
clicking Line Button.
