The address of recorded call fails
to be changed and the call is for-
warded:
Make sure whether 'Voice Mail Coopera-
tion' is checked. When it is not checked,
the recorded call is forwarded.

refer to "Using Voice Mail Sharing Func-
tion".
Listening to Telephone
Call Recording

Click
(Record Button).
Or, Click Listening Button registered on Function
Key Panel. You can right-click Record Button
and select [Play] from the menu.
When connected to UMS, you can hear guidance.
Follow this guidance to make operations from
now on.
Using as Answering
Machine
When you are absent, the voice mail can answer the call
instead and record the other person's message like an
answering machine. You can listen to the recorded mes-
sage once more later or forward it to another person so
that he or she can listen.
For how to operate during recording and how to make a
listening operation, refer to UMS Help or your Instruc-
tion Manual.
Setting

(Forwarding Settings But-
ton).
'Call forward settings' screen is displayed.

Click the kind of forwarding you want
to set.
Ex. In the case of Call forward-All Calls:
The following screen is displayed.

Enter an extension number of Voice
Mail to available 'Number' column.
