Mail (M) Menu
Performs the following opera-
tions:
• Sending a mail
• Referring to an address book

Edit (E) Menu
Performs the following opera-
tions:
• Cutting
• Copying
• Pasting
• Undoing
• Inserting a signature

Tool (T) Menu
Opens the following dialogs:
• Setting a signature
• Setting a mail

To Column, CC,
Specifies the mail sending
BCC Column
address and CC address. Able
to add addresses by referring to
an address book. When specify-
ing more than one address,
enter with comma ',' to sepa-
rate them.

Subject Column
Specifies a title of a mail.

Att File Column
A PC recorded WAV file to be
attached is automatically
inserted. You cannot add or
change an attached file on this
screen.

Text Column
Enters a mail text here.

Sending Button
Sends a mail.
This button cannot be operated
while any one of an address, a
title, or text is not entered.

Opens an address book and

How to Send a Mail
Like other mail software, you can send a mail by click-
ing mail sending button after entering an address, CC, a
title and text.
• You need to enter an address, a title and
text (entry into CC and BCC is arbitrary).
When any one of the above is not entered,
Sending Button remains gray and cannot
be clicked.
• While a mail is being sent, you cannot
operate Menu Bar or Menu Button.
