Using PHS as a
Receiver
You can use an optional PHS as a receiver of Softphone.
In order to use this function, you need to set
the service function on the PBX in advance.
For details, contact your system administra-
tor.
Be careful that the current version is under
the following constraints:
• There are following three types in the
cooperation with PHS:
a: no cooperation with PHS
b: cooperation with PHS (Using PHS ter-
minal)
c: cooperation with PHS (Not using PHS
terminal)
- In the case of the above 'b', application
sharing/video conference is cut when
PHS is cut.
- If you or other person use(s) the above
'b', it is impossible to share application
or have a video conference with a per-
son forwarded by the third party.
- If other person uses the above 'b', spec-
ify the PHS number to send a short
message.
- Application sharing/video conference
can be executed only in the combina-
tions of above 'a' and 'c' or 'b' and 'c'.
In the case of the combination of 'a'
and 'b', an error message is displayed
and neither of them can be executed.
