Operator Panel Menus

The Operator Panel has seven main menus, described below.
Factory default selections for each menu item setting are
indicated in blue.
For Windows 95/98 and Windows NT users, many of the
menus and menu items listed below can be accessed through
their software driver. Any selection changes made in the
software driver will have precedence over the settings
selected in the Operator Panel.
DOS users will need to make any changes in settings through
the Operator Panel.
Some of the menu items are for the use of network system
administrators and need only be set once to assure network
compatibility.
Other menu items may be reset as needed.
note:
The printer must be offline before you can change
any printer settings. It must be online to print.
PRINTING MENU
Use this menu to define settings related to printer input and
output, as well as the specific print materials you are using
with your printer.
