Explanation
This menu item lets you select
the left margin of the print
materials. Units are in inches.
note:
Adjusting the top
margin does not affect the
maximum printable area.
Instead it shifts where the
printable area begins and
ends.
This menu item is used to
choose the binding edge when
duplexing.
Use the OFF selection when
printing one sided.
note:
The printer can
automatically print on both
sides of the paper.
This menu item allows the user
to append the required carriage
return to each line feed.
The QUALITY setting
determines the print resolution
while printing the page.

note:
When paper
source is set to AUTO
this parameter is not
displayed.
Used to define the tray
that should not be used in
the case of Tray Switch.
note:
This setting is
only available if the
2nd Cassette Tray is
installed and the T-
SWITCH menu item is
set to ON.
