0 = Commonly used for both IP
1 = Use for IP Extensions
2 = Use for SIP Trunks
5 = Blocked
6 = Common without Unicast

Resources 2~32 = 0
Trunk Group = 0~25
Priority = 1 ~ 84
Default = Group1 for all trunk
