To set the IP Precedence/Diffserv bits for packets leaving the IP terminal there
are the following two options:
System wide. If all IP phones use the same ToS value, this can be
assigned in commands 84-23-06 and 84-23-12. When an IP phone
registers with the CPU, it looks for settings in these commands. If these
are found, they override any previous individual settings.
Individual. If different IP phones require different ToS assignments, due
to the network configuration, these assignments must be set at each
individual station
