1 Turn the host machine OFF
then ON. Is the problem
corrected?
2 Is the wiring between the
finisher controller PCB and
the host machine controller
PCB normal?
3 Replace the finisher controller
PCB and the host machine DC
controller PCB. Is the
problem corrected?
Step Checks
1 Turn the host machine OFF
then ON. Is the problem
corrected?
2 Is the wiring between the
finisher controller PCB and
the saddle stitcher controller
PCB normal?
3 Measure the voltage between
J19-1 (+) and J19-2 (−) on the
finisher controller PCB. Is it
24 VDC?

No Correct it.

No Mulfunction of the
