3.4 Error Code List
Description and cause
The value obtained by subtracting 1 from the total
value of CH Wave pattern start address setting
and CH Wave pattern data points setting exceeds
89999 (the last buffer memory address of the wave
data registry area).
Multiple channels are set at the same time during
the offset/gain setting.
In the offset/gain setting, "1: Setting channel" is set
for both CH Offset/gain setting mode (offset
specification) and CH Offset/gain setting mode
(gain specification), or "0: Disable" is set.
An invalid value is set to the offset/gain setting. The
number of an error channel cannot be identified.
A value other than -3000 to 3000 is set to Offset/
gain adjustment value specification.
An invalid value is set in CH Offset/gain setting.
The offset value and gain value to be saved in the
flash memory are as follows:
Offset value Gain value
A value other than 0 and 1 is set in CH Offset/gain
setting mode (offset specification) and CH Offset/
gain setting mode (gain specification).
When the offset and gain are set, a value other than
E or F is set for CH Offset/gain setting mode
(range specification).
The length of the D/A conversion cycle exceeds the
length set in the inter-module synchronization cycle
setting in the system parameter.
The module is set as a synchronization target, and
offset/gain setting mode is set for the operation
mode setting.
As the other cause, a mode switching program has
been executed during the synchronization normal
output mode.
A value other than 0 or 1 is set in Output selection
during a synchronization error.
The module is set as a synchronization target, and
wave output mode is set for the operation mode
setting.
Processing over multiple cycles is detected with the
inter-module synchronization function operating.
Action
Set values in CH Wave pattern start address
setting and CH Wave pattern data points
setting so that the following condition is
satisfied:
"Wave pattern start address setting" + "Wave
pattern data points setting" -1 89999
Correctly set CH Offset/gain setting mode
(offset specification) and CH Offset/gain
setting mode (gain specification).
Perform the offset/gain setting again for all
channels where the user range is set.
If the error occurs again, the possible cause is a
failure of the module. Please consult your local
Mitsubishi representative.
Set a value within the range of -3000 to 3000 to
Offset/gain adjustment value specification.
Start over the offset/gain setting of the channel
where the error has occurred.
If the error occurs again, the possible cause is a
failure of the module. Please consult your local
Mitsubishi representative.
Perform the offset/gain setting again so that the
following condition is satisfied:
Offset value < Gain value
Set CH Offset/gain setting mode (offset
specification) and CH Offset/gain setting
mode (gain specification) to 0 or 1.
Set E or F for CH Offset/gain setting mode
(range specification).
Set a long time in the inter-module
synchronization cycle setting in the system
parameters. As the other way, set unused D/A
conversion enable channels to disable the
conversion so that the following condition is
satisfied:
• Inter-module synchronization cycle setting >
Run time of the inter-module synchronous
interrupt program + D/A conversion time
When using the synchronous normal output
mode, set the operation mode setting to the
normal mode (D/A conversion process).
When performing the offset/gain setting, set the
module as a synchronization non-target in the
system parameters.
In addition, do not execute a mode switching
program during synchronization normal output
mode.
Set a value of 0 or 1 in Output selection during a
synchronization error.
When using the synchronous normal output
mode, set the operation mode setting to the
normal mode (D/A conversion process).
When using wave output mode, set the module
to wave output mode in the system parameters.
Set longer inter-module synchronization cycle
or review the synchronization interrupt program
such as reducing the number of steps.
