If a value other than the above is set, a condition target setting range error (error code: 181H) occurs.
Turning off and on 'Error flag' (XF) or the buffer memory areas set in 'Condition target setting [n]' (Un\G232 to Un\G247) or
turning on and off 'External power supply READY flag' (X7) set in 'Condition target setting [n]' (Un\G232 to Un\G247) send an
interrupt request for the CPU module.
"n" and indicate an interrupt setting number. (n = 1 to 16, = 0 to F)
