Assemble the base plate and base cover.

As illustrated in
Plate to the
Wall, attach the base plate and base
cover assembly (wide end down) to the posts on the
locally provided and installed wall plate. Place
locally provided screws in the nodes on the base
plate and secure the assembly to the wall.

When using a modular jack instead of a wall plate,
put the modular jack inside the base unit as shown
