Description
An error has occurred during
ADC initialization.
Data transfer from ADC has
been interrupted.
Data transfer to DAC has
been interrupted.
An error message will be displayed together with the alarm
buzzer sounding.
NOTE: An input value stored in this instrument may be deleted
if a certain error message appears. In this case enter
the relevant value again. Especially in the event of a
PARAMETER ERROR, the wavelength calibration
value will be deleted, so it is necessary to perform the
wavelength calibration again (refer to 4.2.4 for the
procedure).

Remedy
1) Cannot be released by key
operation.
2) Turn on power again.
