Collecting Failure Information

If the server does not work normally, you can collect failure information by using the following way.
The failure information to be described below is to be collected only at the request of your sales representative.
4.1

Collecting Event Logs

To collect the various event logs of the server, follow the steps below.

4.1.1 Windows Server 2012 R2 / Server 2012

1. Click Settings on Charms Bar.
To go to step 4, you can directly choose Event Viewer by right-clicking on the lower left corner of the
screen.
2. Click Control Panel from Settings.
Important Do not reset during dumping memory or restarting the server even if the
message of virtual memory shortage appears. Memory dump may not be
collected properly if the server is reset on the way.
Tips
If a STOP error, system error, or system stall occurs, restart the system and follow
the steps below.
