Problem of Optical Disk Drive
[?] Unable to access or play CD/DVD
Is the disk properly set in the optical disk drive tray?
There is a holder in the tray to secure the disk. Make sure that the disk is securely placed in the
holder.
[?] The following message appears when inserting a CD/DVD
Is the CD/DVD dirty or damaged?
Take the CD/DVD out of the optical disk drive, confirm that it is not dirty or damaged, set the
CD/DVD again, and click OK.

The DVD/CD-ROM is not inserted
or the wrong CD-ROM is inserted.
Please insert the correct DVD/CD-ROM.
